Friends 4 Cancer Research differentiates
itself from many other cancer research foundations in one very important way: with Friends 4 Cancer Research, 100% of all funds are donated to the research facility that we have chosen. Though we do have members of the organization
that work full time, they, and all other board members, committee chairs, members, and volunteers do so for no monetary compensation.

In an effort to contribute as much as possible to this worthy cause, F4CR will be creating a “Fashioning a Cure” directory instead of the standard event program. Our hope is that attendees of this event, and we expect 500, will keep this beautiful resource with them throughout the year.

This entire event, as with all F4CR events, has been either privately underwritten or donated by various sponsors, including our host, The Gardens Mall, which allows sponsors to claim 100% of their donations as tax- deductible.

Fashioning a Cure
A Show Unlike Any Other!

My heartfelt gratitude to all of the physicians, survivors and each volunteer that made Fashioning A Cure 2011 a huge success. All in attendance had a great time.  There was laughter and tears, and lots of love all around.

Fashioning a Cure has been acknowledged in local television and local publications, to name a few: WPBF TV-represented by Tiffany Kenney and Felicia Rodriguez-Jupiter Magazine-Palm Beach Post Notables-The Jupiter Courier-Palm 2 Jupiter-PGA Community News.

The theme of our event was not just surviving, but thriving.  To share a note I received from one of our fabulous physicians,"...it was such a beautiful show, full of life,smiles and hope."

All cost for this event, as with all F4CR events, was donated by various sponsors, including our Host, The Gardens Mall.  This allows our sponsors and supporters to claim 100% of their donation as tax deductible.

Friends 4 Cancer Research is very proud to present a check in the amount of $24,500  to Jupiter Medical Center for the Kristin Hoke Breast Health Program.
